Après une semaine en détention dans les locaux de la police secrète de Yaya Jammeh, la journaliste Fatou Camara a recouvert la liberté selon le site Buzz.sn. Jadis très proche de Yaya Jammeh dont elle assurait la communication, Fatou Camara qui était en détention depuis quelques jours dans les locaux de la NIA (police secrète du président gambien) a été libérée ce jeudi. C’est le site gambien freefomnewspapercom qui a donné l’information.
Inculpée pour diffusions de fausses nouvelles dans l’intention de ternir l’image de Jammeh, Fatou Camara a été tout de même mise sous contrôle judiciaire et devra comparaître à nouveau le 28 octobre prochain. D’ici là, elle peut vaquer à ses occupations. Cependant, ces mouvements ne pourront se faire qu’en terre gambienne puisque ses documents de voyage ont été confisqués. Il faut préciser que pour recouvrer la liberté, la journaliste gambienne a du présenter un titre de propriété d’une valeur de 5 millions de dalassi (monnaie gambienne).
A noter que le journal l’Observateur écrivait dans son édition d’avant-hier que si Yaya Jammeh a fait emprisonner Fatou Camara, c’est parce qu’il la soupçonne de vouloir le lâcher au profit de la TFM.

Magistrate Lamin Mbaye of the Banjul Magistrates’ Court on Thursday granted bail to Fatou Camara, a newscaster and also producer of ‘Fatu Show’ on The Gambia Radio and Television Service (GRTS) in the sum of five million dalasis with one surety who should provide or depose to an affidavit on the above sum. The court also ordered for a surety to provide a title deed of a property situated within the Greater Banjul Area.
The accused is charged with two counts of criminal offences, They are: Spreading false news on the internet and publication of false news, all contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.
On count one the accused person is charged with spreading false news on the internet, contrary to Section 173 A (1) (a) of the Information and Communication (Amendment) Act 2013.
According to the particulars of offence, sometime in September 2013 in Banjul and other places in the Republic of The Gambia, with the intent to incite disaffection against the President and the Government of The Gambia, the accused gave false news through the internet to Pa Nderry Mbai, editor of the Freedom Newspaper, which information she knew to be false or incorrect and thereby committed an offense.
On count two, the accused person is charged with Publication of False news contrary to Section 59 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Volume III Laws of The Gambia.
The particulars of offence disclosed that Fatou Camara sometime in the month of September 2013 in Banjul and other places in the Republic of The Gambia with intent to tarnish the image of the President of the Republic of The Gambia published false news about the President on the Freedom Newspaper and thereby committed an offence. When the charges were read to her, she pleaded not guilty.
However, she was granted bail accordingly without any objection raised by the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) SH Barkun. The case was adjourned to 28th October, 2013 for hearing. Lawyer Edward Singhateh stood for the accused person.

empeche de bien respirer.Quand on dit que le senegal
est sale,certains pensent a la poubelle menegere,alors
que la poubelle humaine est plus toxique et plus puante.
Les voleurs,les agresseurs,les thiagas hommes et femmes,
les dealers,les faux politichiens,les criminels,les faux
mara etc constituent une poubelle dont seule un Yaya
Jammeh peut eradiquer.
