66 hectares pour bâtir l’avenir : la SICAP et l’APIX scellent un pacte pour la renaissance industrielle
On August 5, 2025, SICAP SA signed an agreement with APIX SA for the provision of 66 hectares in the Diass Integrated Special Economic Zone (ZESID).
This strategic partnership paves the way for the installation of an ultramodern prefabrication plant, managed by the new subsidiary Sicap Industrie Sino-Sénégalaise, born from the cooperation between SICAP and our technical partners Zhenhuai & CAID, with the financial support of Cauris Bank.
This factory represents much more than an investment: it is a revolution in the way construction is carried out in Senegal. With nine production lines for prefabricated components and a capacity of 750,000 m³ per year, equivalent to the construction of 10,000 homes annually, it will incorporate the most advanced technologies:
• automatic production of steel bars,
• integrated concrete plant,
• automated spreader,
• steam curing system to ensure the quality and durability of materials.
Its social impact will be considerable: 1,500 direct jobs and more than 2,700 indirect jobs will be created, with particular attention paid to the training and integration of young people and women. From the start-up phase, more than 60 professional technicians will be mobilized, including around twenty Chinese experts for technology transfer.
Beyond the factory, this project embodies Senegal's desire to build a competitive industrial and real estate ecosystem at the heart of the Diass SEZ, strategically located near Blaise Diagne International Airport and the future port of Ndayane. It is a true lever for national transformation, in line with the Senegal 2050 Framework and the Economic and Social Recovery Plan (PRES).
SICAP, true to its seven decades of experience and public service, once again demonstrates that it is the government's strong arm for universal access to housing. But even more, it proves that when the government, the national private sector, and foreign partners join forces, the dream of a modern and prosperous Senegal becomes a reality.

La Société immobilière du Cap-Vert ou SICAP est une société immobilière sénégalaise. À l'origine, elle est créée par le gouvernement français en 1950 pour porter des projets immobiliers à Dakar... *Ce partenariat stratégique ouvre la voie à l’installation d’une usine de préfabrication ultramoderne putain d'affairiste, construis pour les bledard...pourriture !!

C est ca qu on appelle accélérer la cadence deug .En moins de deux mois après la visite de Pros en Chine la concrétisation du partenariat sino-sénégalais .Qui dit mieux.
Probablement plus de 700 km de littoral marin qu'ils ne sont pas fichus de mettre en valeur. Vraiment, les personnes qui sont aux responsabilites sont nulles. Toujours la a disserter au lieu d'agir.
Depuis 2017 les sénégalais attendent leurs villas à sicap lac rose après paiement intégral. Une infine partie des demandeurs ont leur s maisons.
