All shareholders of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) residing in Senegal are hereby informed that a mission will be carried out in Dakar by Ecobank Investment Corporation (EIC), Keeper of the ETI securities register , from December 3 to 10, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the head office of Ecobank Senegal located at KM 5, Avenue Cheikh Anta Diop.
Mission objective:
Update the shareholder database to ensure effective communication;
Gathering individual shareholder concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
To get the most out of this mission, shareholders are encouraged to send their concerns to the following address, ideally before the start of the mission:
Shareholders are advised to bring:
A valid form of identification;
Proof of residence (water or electricity bill, lease agreement, or certificate of residence).
A passport photo
This initiative aims to strengthen transparency and proximity with shareholders, by promoting constructive dialogue and tailored solutions.
