«Saflé k…», «meune k…» : le verdict est tombé pour le tiktokeur pervers
The Pikine-Guédiawaye court has delivered its verdict in the case of Ch. AB Sakho, a 21-year-old baker prosecuted for hosting live streams on TikTok with content deemed obscene, under the pseudonym "Saflé k…, meune k…".
He was sentenced to two years in prison, six months of which are to be served, for public indecency and disseminating images contrary to public morals, reports L'Observateur, which attended the hearing. The same source notes that his TikTok account, initially dedicated to football under the name "Frankie De Jong," gradually shifted towards pornographic content in order to increase his audience. Once he reached 1,000 followers, he regularly broadcast live between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., exposing his genitals.
Identified by the Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC) during its social media monitoring, he was located in Golf-Sud and arrested at the Sahm roundabout. Before investigators and later in court, the defendant admitted to the acts and stated that he had not fully grasped the seriousness of his actions. Quoted by the Groupe Futurs Médias newspaper, the prosecutor reiterated that social media should not be used as a platform for behavior that violates public morals and requested a prison sentence.

il fallait aussi publier les noms des jeunes filles et il parait meme qu'il y avait des femmes de 30 a 60 ans qui suivaient aussi ses lives nocturnes.. il fallait tout publier.. car sans ces femmes il n'allait surement pas avoir une grande clientele.. ce sont ces femmes NIAKA JOM qui lui ont permis d'avoir 1,000 abonnees.
