The Scottish national team has officially unveiled its squad for the 2026 World Cup. Back on the world stage, the Tartan Army hopes to achieve a remarkable run under the leadership of Steve Clarke.

For this historic competition, the Scottish coach is relying on the experience of key players like Andy Robertson, John McGinn, and Scott McTominay. A few young talents are also making their debut in the squad, notably Findlay Curtis and Ben Gannon-Doak.

Before heading to the United States, Scotland will hold their first training camp at Lesser Hampden before continuing their preparations in Florida at the Inter Miami CF training center. The Scots will then play a final friendly match against Bolivia in New Jersey.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, during the competition, Scotland will have a tough time in Group C. Steve Clarke's men will notably face Morocco, Brazil and Haiti.

The Scottish squad includes goalkeepers Craig Gordon, Angus Gunn, and Liam Kelly. In defense, Steve Clarke has selected Grant Hanley, Jack Hendry, Aaron Hickey, Dom Hyam, Scott McKenna, Nathan Patterson, Anthony Ralston, Andy Robertson, John Souttar, and Kieran Tierney.

The midfield includes Ryan Christie, Findlay Curtis, Lewis Ferguson, Ben Gannon-Doak, Billy Gilmour, John McGinn, Kenny McLean, and Scott McTominay. In attack, Che Adams, Lyndon Dykes, George Hirst, Lawrence Shankland, and Ross Stewart will attempt to lead Scotland's offensive ambitions during the 2026 World Cup. As a reminder, in their last appearance at the tournament in 1998, Scotland were in the same group as Morocco and Brazil.
