Contrats des agents contractuels de la santé : L’État répond à Guy Marius Sagna
In response to a written question from the Honourable Member of Parliament Guy Marius Sagna, the Ministry of Health and Social Action has provided clarification on the availability of employment contracts for contract staff working under his department.
In its response, the ministry recalls that employment contracts, once signed, are systematically sent to the regional labor and social security inspectorate (IRTSS) in Dakar for approval, in accordance with current regulations.
Once this formality has been completed, the contracts are available for collection by the agents concerned, who can then use them for all administrative procedures, including the recognition of their years of service, in the event of integration into the Civil Service.
The Ministry of Health acknowledges, however, that for some agents who have accumulated several years of contract, the complete reconstruction of files may require longer research, in particular due to logistical constraints.
As part of a modernization initiative, the Ministry's Human Resources Department has launched a digitalization process aimed at facilitating access to employment contracts and pay slips, which are available after each payment.
This digital project should allow agents to find their documents more easily, while reducing processing times.
Finally, the Ministry of Health and Social Action informs that for the year 2025, contracts are still being approved by the regional labor inspectorate. They will be made available to employees upon their intended return.
