In Morocco, at least 37 people have died following flash floods, according to a preliminary toll released by Moroccan authorities. The port city, located 300 km south of the capital Rabat, was hit by heavy rainfall that triggered torrents of muddy water. Between infrastructure problems and climate change, many questions are already being raised about the reasons for this terrible toll.
