Bénin : Kemi Seba dénonce l’arrestation de son ex-femme
In a video posted on his Facebook page yesterday, Monday, December 22, Kemi Seba denounced the arrest of his ex-wife, Natou Pedro Sakombi. She had been living with him in Benin since 2018 and refused to leave the country after their separation. According to Kemi Seba, she was arrested because the Beninese authorities "wrongly believe she has information" about him.
He is demanding her release, describing her as an "apolitical woman who has never commented on the regime of Patrice Talon."

She is a "loving and extraordinary mother who is not at all linked to the political struggle I am leading," adds Kemi Seba, not without revealing details about her state of health.
Indeed, according to activist Natou Pedro Sakombi, "he needs to have surgery imminently and his life is in danger."
It should be noted that Kemi Seba is the subject of an international arrest warrant for "apology for crimes against state security and incitement to rebellion.
