In Benin, the town of Thio, in the commune of Glazoué (central part of the country), was the scene of a tragedy on the night of Saturday to Sunday. A bus coming from Lomé hit a bridge railing before plunging into the Ouémé River with its passengers.
In the early hours of the accident, nine survivors were recorded and one body was recovered. Yesterday, Monday, August 18, the crashed bus was pulled from the bottom of the water. Twenty-six bodies were recovered. Sixteen still remain underwater. Searches continue to recover them.
This is a real tragedy for Benin. The government is calling on "national and international transport companies and drivers to take responsibility for scrupulously observing the Highway Code in order to limit the risk of traffic accidents."

Plongeon? LOL. Ce pays est maudit.
Aucun respect vraiment "Plongeon"
