Centrafrique : deux employés de Médecin Sans Frontière arrêtés pour “déstabilisation"
In the Central African Republic, two employees of the NGO Doctors Without Borders, one of whom is a French national, were arrested and accused of attempting to destabilize the country.
According to the Central African Ministry of Defence, the Frenchman allegedly maintained contacts with criminal elements in order to encourage subversive unrest among the Azande ethnic population against the country's authorities.
Authorities also claim that he entered CAR illegally from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
