Côte d’Ivoire : Charles Blé Goudé et la formule du meeting politique payant
In Côte d'Ivoire, Charles Blé Goudé has set himself a challenge that he is clearly taking up. To mark the tenth anniversary of his party, the Pan-African Congress for Justice and Equality of Peoples (COJEP), the leader has decided to hold a paid rally on August 30th at Jean Paul II Square in Yamoussoukro.
According to information reported by Abidjan.net, tickets for this major event are selling like hotcakes.
Reconversion of mentalities and innovation of practices in the Ivorian political world
Three days before the event, the party has already sold 10,000 CFA francs. "Several delegations departing from Abidjan and the interior of the country have made a name for themselves by purchasing tickets that cost 1,000 CFA francs each," said Charles Blé Goudé.
It must be said that his initiative is already a success, considering that it is a first in the history of Ivorian politics. The goal of Laurent Gbagbo's former collaborator through this paid meeting is the "reconversion of mentalities and the innovation of practices in the political world in Côte d'Ivoire."
COJEP will take stock of its 10 years of existence
This August 30th gathering will allow the COJEP to take stock of its 10 years of existence and to position itself on major national issues. Important topics for the country's political future, such as the October 2025 presidential elections, the legislative elections, and the political dialogue with the RHDP, will be discussed.
