In Guinea-Bissau, President Umaro Sissoco Embaló has formalized his candidacy for the presidential election next November.
He is running under the banner of a new movement, " Moving Forward Together ." Open to political and citizen support, the head of state is thus confirming his ambition, already expressed last March, to seek a second term.
