Huitièmes de finale Coupe du Sénégal: Le choc Teungueth FC-AS Pikine ouvre bal, ce mercredi
The round of 16 of the Senegalese Cup kicks off this Wednesday. The Ligue 1 clash between Teungueth FC and AS Pikine opens the proceedings. The Rufisque side, third in the league and boasting the best defense in Ligue 1 with only four goals conceded, are favorites against the suburban team, who are coming off two consecutive defeats.
The other match on Wednesday will pit Diambars FC against ASC HLM of Dakar. The Academicians, currently 3rd in Ligue 2, seem best equipped to overcome an HLM side struggling in Ligue 1.
The other round of 16 matches will be played on Thursday and Friday.
