Kenya : La Banque centrale interdit les bouquets en billets à l’approche de la Saint-Valentin

With Valentine's Day approaching, the Central Bank of Kenya has banned the use of banknotes to make bouquets or decorations.

The institution reminds the public that these practices damage currency and disrupt the operation of ATMs. Those responsible for these acts face penalties of up to three months in prison or a fine.
