In Côte d'Ivoire, the courts are actively seeking two individuals for language abuses on social media. The public prosecutor of the Abidjan Court of First Instance, Koné Braman Oumar, is offering a sum of one million CFA francs to anyone who provides "anonymous information" that could lead to the identification and arrest of these citizens.
The prosecutor announced the crackdown at the end of September.
According to Abidjan.net, which reported the information, the Ivorian national police had previously launched an appeal for witnesses to find these wanted individuals so that they can answer for their actions before the competent courts. Needless to say, the country is in the midst of an election campaign.
On September 26, the public prosecutor announced the start of the crackdown on language abuse on social networks, during a meeting with the administrators of pages on these various digital channels.

Facile ici. Je deviens millionnaire en bcp de dizaines de millions en moins d'un mois, tellement que les impolis sur les réseaux sociaux sont aisément identifiables. Ensuite j'irai à Abidjan la belle pour rendre propre les réseaux sociaux. Milliardaire en une année.
