Madagascar: le Colonel Michael Randrianirina investi président vendredi
Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, head of the military unit that seized power in Madagascar after a vote to impeach Andry Rajoelina, is to be sworn in as president on Friday, a statement broadcast by Malagasy state television said Wednesday.
"In accordance with Article 48 of the Constitution, Colonel Randrianirina Michaël will take the oath of office as President of the Refoundation of the Republic of Madagascar during a formal hearing of the High Constitutional Court (...) at the State Palace of Ambohidahy (...) on Friday, October 17," states this text signed by his hand.
