Niger : le Président Tiani a publiquement mis en cause trois chefs d’État après l'attaque de contre l'aéroport
Following the armed attack on Niamey airport (Niger), President Abdourahamane Tiani publicly implicated three heads of state.
In a statement relayed by national media and on social networks, he accused Presidents Emmanuel Macron (France), Alassane Ouattara (Ivory Coast) and Patrice Talon (Benin) of being involved in this attack, which he attributes to mercenaries.
According to Nigerien authorities, several assailants were apprehended while others were neutralized during the security forces' intervention. General Abdourahamane Tiani stated that these individuals had received external support, without providing further details at this stage.
