Upon his arrival at Ahmed Sékou Touré International Airport, Paul Kagame was greeted by Prime Minister Bah Oury, surrounded by several members of the government and representatives of the state protocol. The two men exchanged a few warm words before the Rwandan head of state proceeded to his residence, under heavy security.
