Sexe et caméras cachées : Le Ghana réclame l'extradition du "séducteur" russe qui a filmé ses ébats avec plusieurs ghanéennes
According to reports by the BBC, Ghana has expressed its intention to request the extradition of a Russian national. He is accused of illegally filming himself having sexual relations with several Ghanaian women and distributing the footage online without their consent.
Described by local and Russian media as a blogger in his thirties who presents himself as a "seducer," the individual reportedly traveled to Ghana with the specific purpose of secretly filming his intimate encounters. According to several media sources, he allegedly used sunglasses equipped with a hidden camera to record his meetings before posting them on social media. Although these technical details have not been officially confirmed by the authorities, the case has sparked considerable outrage in the country.
Ghana's Minister of Technology, Sam George, announced on Saturday that he had summoned the Russian ambassador to Accra to discuss the incident. This move aims to secure Moscow's cooperation in ensuring justice for the victims. Meanwhile, Ghana's Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare indicated that a preliminary investigation suggests the suspect has likely already left the country.
Despite the seriousness of the crimes, the extradition process is expected to be complex. Russia maintains a strict policy of not extraditing its own citizens except in exceptional circumstances. However, Ghanaian authorities insist on their determination to prosecute the perpetrators of such acts, emphasizing that the suspect's departure in no way diminishes the state's responsibility to protect the victims.
