Showbiz : Nadiya Sabeh, l’épouse de l’artiste Ariel Sheney décédée ce jour
Nadiya Sabeh passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in a clinic in Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory Coast, after a long battle with illness. Nadiya Sabeh was known not only as the wife of Coupé-Décalé artist Ariel Sheney, but also as an actress, television presenter, comedian, and content creator.
In 2024, she publicly revealed that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, marking the beginning of a difficult battle.
Aware of her condition, she decided to use her experience to help others. She thus created a testimony entitled "Journey to the Heart of Life," intended to raise awareness about cancer and the importance of screening.
In her own words, the fight transformed her. "I became stronger, more patient, more real," she said, stating that she wanted to "heal through art and words."
This death is the second of its kind in the Ivorian showbiz scene this day, following the announcement of the death of Ivorian singer N'Guessan Ange Christophe, also known as Angelo Papa, lead vocalist of the group Youssoumba Aboutou Roots.
