“African Solutions to African Challenges”: The Plea by Professor Rosaline D. W. Houndekon

«La Solution africaines aux défis africains»: Le plaidoyer du professeur Rosaline D. w. Houndekon

"African youth can no longer simply wait for employment; they must create it. They can no longer passively accept the future; they must shape it." With these words, Professor Rosaline Dado Worou Houndekon marked the launch of the CESAG incubation center.

Faced with the digital, ecological and demographic changes that are reshaping the continent's economies, the university professor stressed the need to train a generation capable of inventing its own opportunities and driving the economic transformations of tomorrow.

"Our vision can be summed up in one sentence: to do much more than a place of learning — a true ecosystem where ideas take shape, where projects are built, and where the entrepreneurs of tomorrow are revealed," the university official emphasized.

The Director General also recalled that this initiative was in line with the major strategic directions of the West African Economic and Monetary Union, in particular through Vision 2040 and the "Impact 2030" strategy, which place entrepreneurship at the heart of regional economic transformation.

Finally, returning to the recent Africa Forward summit held in Nairobi, which brought together more than 4,500 participants, Rosaline Dado Worou Houndekon advocated for African responses to the continent's challenges.
