Renforcer la paix en Afrique par le leadership féminin
REPSFECO has unveiled an ambitious five-year plan aimed at increasing the role of women in peacebuilding in West and Central Africa. This initiative focuses on integrating media, youth, and emerging technologies to create inclusive spaces for dialogue and strengthen women's participation in decision-making processes.
The goal is to transform the gender dimension into a concrete lever for stability and social cohesion. By empowering women in the political, economic, and technological spheres, the plan aims to reduce tensions, prevent conflicts, and promote a culture of lasting peace.
This strategy is part of a regional vision in which women's leadership becomes a key factor in strengthening institutions, mobilizing communities, and inspiring future generations. By placing women at the center of peace mechanisms, REPSFECO paves the way for a more inclusive and resilient Africa in the face of sociopolitical challenges.
