[Billet d'humour] Faudrait-il donc générer des enseignants IA ?
Senegal has decided to introduce artificial intelligence into schools. The program includes brand-new computers, thousands of trained teachers, and students soon to be assisted by algorithms more patient than their teachers. But at the same time, phones, the main tool for accessing these technologies, are banned from the classroom. A paradox! My excellent colleague, Mbaye Sadikh, predicts "AI on a slate," perhaps with connected chalk and a smart cloth.
Faced with this paradox, an idea arises. Rather than training thousands of teachers at a rapid pace, why not generate AI teachers directly? A virtual teacher doesn't go on strike, doesn't demand housing, and marks papers in the blink of an eye. For discipline, all you have to do is disconnect the recalcitrant student.
The image is appealing, but the side effects are laughable. A simple forgotten accent could become a capital offense. Parents would receive automatic summonses with supporting screenshots. And in the event of a bug, if the algorithm decides that two plus two equals five, an entire generation of accountants would be lost before even taking the baccalaureate.
Meanwhile, the promised computers resemble a national raffle. A few high schools will get the big prize, while others will continue with the old administration position. As for the teacher training announced in September, it remains as elusive as a forgotten password. Perhaps it will be generated by AI itself.
Ultimately, Senegalese schools are juggling between futurism and archaism. If one day artificial intelligence teaches us coherence, it will finally be able to claim the title of professor.

Bonne idee ...Au moins on aura plus cette gang egoiste qui passe leur temps a faire du chantage et sacrifier le destin de nos fils ..pour juste plus d'argents et autres faveurs ....en plus L IA ne fera pas de "NGuaralee"..

Croyez-vous que les 11 milliards et 9 milliards de fonds politiques de Diomaye et Sonko, un total de 20 milliards sont plus légitimes que ce réclame les enseignants?
En Afrique, pour le moment aucun IA ne peut remplacer les enseignants. Arrêtez de rêver. Comment instaurer l'IA dans des zones où il n'y a pas d'électricité ni eau potable. Seuls les enseignants vont dans les zones les plus reculés du pays et travailler dans des conditions très difficiles.
Les enseignants décisionnaires réclament la signature du décret.
Je ne suis pas enseignant mais j'ai des amis enseignants et je parle en connaissance de cause.
l'IA à l' école va forcément remplacer les enseignants. A moyen terme il faudra s'adapter. Tous les secteurs sont menacés. Il faudra réfléchir et trouver des solutions. Les cours de renforcement seront obsolètes. L'administration absorbe l'intégralité du budget. A long terme les travaux manuels seront épargné en attendant l'arrivée des robots.
