Nestlé Senegal is launching a call for expressions of public interest for the selection of qualified service providers for the following services:

Lot 1 - Site Management and Maintenance Services

Cleaning and maintenance of premises (interior and exterior)

General maintenance: electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, glazing

Gardening and green space maintenance

Rodent control, insect control and pest control

Maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems

Waste collection, sorting and management

Lot 2 – Security/Guarding Services (human agents)

Security guards with physical agents (24/7 security)

Access control and entry/exit management

Surveillance and security patrols

Incident management and reporting

Interested companies with the technical, human and organizational skills necessary to meet the requirements of Nestlé Senegal are invited to consult the specifications, which list all the documents required for submitting applications.

Note: Providers may bid for one lot or for both lots, provided they have the required capabilities for each.

Submission deadline

The deadline for receiving applications is set at fourteen (14) days after the date of publication of this notice in the media.

Submission guidelines

Expressions of interest must be submitted exclusively electronically to the following address:

Note: No physical deposits will be accepted.

Only companies shortlisted at the end of this phase will be invited to participate in a restricted tender.

Nestlé Senegal reserves the right not to act on all or part of this notice, without obligation to provide justification.
