Fiscalité : Prorogation des délais pour les déclarations annuelles de 2025
The Directorate General of Taxes and Domains (DGID) informs taxpayers and users of an adjustment to the tax calendar concerning the 2025 financial year.
The deadline for filing annual summary statements of amounts paid (salaries and third parties) has been officially extended until March 31, 2026. To facilitate this process, a new access link will be made available to users to subscribe to their declarations online.
However, particular attention should be paid to the regularizations provided for in Article 186 of the General Tax Code (CGI): for these, the deadline for declaration and payment remains set at February 15, 2026. The services of the DGID remain available to provide any additional information to taxpayers.
