It is with immense pride and profound enthusiasm that we welcome the remarkable presence of AYO, the iconic mascot of the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). This appearance is a true masterstroke for the Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee (COJOJ), which has brilliantly seized the opportunity to promote the sporting event of the decade in Senegal.

AYO, with his charisma and boundless energy, won the hearts of the fans and sports enthusiasts present at the Africa Cup of Nations. His presence is a symbol of the Olympic spirit that animates the Youth Games, and a testament to Senegal's ability to host large-scale sporting events.

We commend the excellent work of the President of the Organizing Committee for the Youth Olympic Games (COJOJ), Mr. Mamadou Diagna Ndiaye, and the General Coordinator, Mr. Ibrahima Wade, who have successfully promoted the values of Olympism and Senegalese youth through AYO. Terrible informel il y a 18 heures

Affaires de copains. Où sont les vrais techniciens des JO en gestion connue et avérée organisateurs de tels événements. A quelques mois de l'événement avec des milliers de jeunes participants , on sent les JO en travaux presque près. Bcp de réchauffés sur les stades (aucun nouveau construit qui pourrait nous être utile lors d'une CAN dans notre Pays) ni nouvelles Piscine olympique ( on nous parle de celle du ... Point E vestige depuis Abdou Diouf) etc. Le Président Diomaye Faye qui a hérité de l'organisation de ces JO organisés pour la première fois en Afrique ne mérite pas un futur camouflet en report de dernière minute. Le Royal Maroc devrait inspirer un tout petit petit peu à Diagna plus " équipe" en plus de sérieux Patriotique. Le Monde nous observe.
