As a good Senegalese and proud African, I act under the shadow of self-criticism in the eyes of
a plethora of situations that have punctuated my daily life over the past few months
spent in this beautiful country, after a long absence of more than a twenty-year period.
Senegal's wealth is its democracy, acquired after bitter struggles. This country
lives more than ever in a confirmed otherness. But despite our differences on
several political, ideological, religious, cultural and religious points of view,
we have enormous opportunities for connectivity and cooperation by objectifying
with our matching reports to overcome the evil that lives in us and prevents us
to bring about emergence, an essential step for true development. But
Fortunately we have more than one shred of hope to get there, although hope
is a delayed disillusionment. It is then high time to turn our backs on politics
at a discount, to the policy of loading and unloading of responsibility in
virtue of morality which requires us to act as a united and indivisible people,
as our motto: ONE PEOPLE, ONE GOAL, ONE FAITH. Responsibility is not
only of those who govern or of their predecessors, of power or of
the opposition, of “civil” society or “uncivil” society but of all
Senegalese, without distinction of persons. Thus, it is useless to cast his anathema
on the other, the expiatory attitude of an irresponsible person unaware of the stain.
Without hyperbole, Senegal is a dirty country, and despite the plethora of plans
multi-year, low-impact programs and projects, concocted by our various
successor governments, it still remains a careless country with
unsanitary problems that expose us at all costs to the most serious diseases
dangerous. And this is the affirmed causality of sudden deaths, of serious
chronic diseases that are decimating our populations, of all ages. This fight
against insalubrity must be everyone's business and must be continuous and not a
provisional commitment on the first Saturday of each month. Some of our
compatriots whose best mantra is behavioral degradation and
affable must pass from the natural state to the civil state by building a life of
society, the spearhead of each and every one of us. Municipalities must be
involved in this struggle because no institution should operate in autarky
to overcome this evil. Integrated waste management in Senegal must be reviewed in
empowering municipalities and providing them with more economic resources,
ecological, because the fragmentation of power and responsibility is refractory
to the development of our communities and to the acts of decentralization carried out by our
central governments.

Our port, once a jewel and beating heart of our economy, operates at
forceps, for some time now. Prices have almost doubled
from 2023 to now, especially for containers coming from EU countries
European and United States, pushing some importers to go through the port
from Banjul and then enter Senegal. This inflicts a disproportionate loss of earnings on
our port economy. However, containers from Asia
with products, for the most part, of very low quality and often uncontrolled
are priced at half, promoting pitiful references, bordering on
nut products that carry diseases, fighting our private sector which is sketching
to meet the demand generated by the local market. This is a major obstacle to our
endogenous economic development and a fortiori a catalyst for our
domestic trade which is suffering cruelly.
Our energy policy is slow to take shape, greatly inhibiting our
industrial policy in the background, despite our hydroelectric potential, our
oil and gas, not forgetting the existing processes for transforming our
aggregates of waste, which invade us everywhere with a foul smell, in
electricity killing two birds with one stone, and making our cities clean.
Building mosques and universities is no longer a priority in some
large cities of this country where multi-story buildings are growing like
mushrooms in an indecent and poorly organized setting, without green space and
sometimes without sanitation, without fire hydrants and consequently without safety.
The massive bureaucratic carquant is stifling our emergence, and no will
no assertive policy has been activated to remedy this serious failure, in a
digital and digital world.
The cancer of this beautiful country is its administration which works little and badly, bogging down
our economy incisively and producing divisive effects on our patriotism
economic. This administration must necessarily conform to the march of the
developing countries, to make themselves more effective and efficient, all
saving the enormous costs and expenses it generates. It is a real
heartbreaking to see the offices of our administration agents (Customs,
Taxes and Estates, major departments and public or parapublic companies, etc.),
to name just a few, furnished with large screen televisions and subscription
Channel to spend their time watching local and foreign TV series from
low-range or European championship football matches, a real mirage
for our economy.
Globalization forces us to adapt to the new process of life, otherwise
we would be condemned to ERASE ourselves or simply disappear.
My voice may be dissonant with the current functioning of our country and our
society, but never dissident or schismatic because I breathe this country with all my
pores and I commit to being an actor in our development and not just a simple
spectator or witness of poor impact.

Les problemes du Senegal sont la politique, l'enrichissement illicite et la corruption. La politique paralyse l'etat, l'enrichissement illicite pille les fonds publique qui devaient etre utilise pour construire et la corruption diminue les recettes de l'etat et affecte gravement la justice. Quand les politiciens deviennent les nouveau milliardaire et pas les constructeur ou chef d'entreprises, ce pays n'aura jamais les moyens ou le suivi de se developer.
La premiere marche est d'eliminer l'emnrichissement illicite des politiciens, membres du gouvernement et haut fonctionnaires... Mais la politique pousse par les journeaux et media va rendre cela tres difficile. Les politicens deja milliardaires controllent l'opposition et la presse et vont tout faire pour se proteger. Donc un etat qui vient et veut etre propre va etre confronte a ca et une population impatiente pour des changements. Macky Sall abait peut etre l'intention de nettoyer ce pays de cette gangraine mais a fini par faire pire. Le nouveau regime de Sonko est toujour integre et clean apres 18 mois mais la pression monte pour montrer des resultats par une presse qui a besoin et a l'habitude d'etre finance par l'etat. C'est extrement difficile pour un regime d'eliminer l'entichissement illicite et la corruption en respectant la democratie et liberete d'une presse finance par des milliardaire politiciens qui veulent eviter la prison et revenir.
La solution est l'example du Rwanda de Paul Kagame et la Guinee de Doumbya: Chambouler tout et pas se soucier de rupture ou democratie. Il faut juste fermer les yeux et tout nettoyer avant de reconstruire... C'est ce que ce regime devait faire des le debut.

Dans ce cas, il aurait pu en faire le lien dans son texte. Trump est avant tout un raciste et ses propos visaient la race noire (qu'elle soit colombienne, brésilienne ou africaine, bref des Caraibes, du Canada et de l'Amériques Latine) et non l'Afrique en tant que continent (d'où vient par ailleurs Elon Musk).
Les immigrés des Caraibes (Cuba, Haiti, Jamaique, Trinité et Tobago, Bahamas etc.) représentent a eux seuls 50% des Noirs des USA.
Il avait egalement dit : “Black people are too stupid to vote for me”. Traduction : "Les Noirs sont trop stupides pour voter pour moi." L'auteur de ce texte n'avait pas besoin de Trump comme source d'inspiration, pas plus qu'on a besoin d'écrire "Et si Hitler avait raison" ou "Et si Netanyahu avait raison". Evidemment qu'ils peuvent avoir raison sur certaines choses. Quand Trump dit par exemple que la guerre en Ukraine tue, il a raison. Mais on n'a pas besoin de lui pour le savoir ni argumenter. Trump n'est pas un exemple.
Voici exactement ce qu'il a dit des immigrés et auquel donc ce texte ferait reference. Le contexte n'était pas tout a fait le meme. Il a dit :
"Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?" Traduction : "Pourquoi avons-nous toutes ces personnes venant de pays de merde qui viennent ici ?" Ceux qui ont assisté à la reunion lors de laquelle il a dit ont rapporté qu'il a aussi ajouté qu’il préférait voir plus d'immigrés de pays comme la Norvège, l'Irlande et la Suède, des Russes, des Blancs, pas des Noirs. Des Blancs d'Afrique du Sud aussi lui ca lui va.
On ne doit pas attendre que les autres nous critiquent pour afin de procéder à trouver des solutions à nos problèmes.
Trump ne peut pas être une référence pour un africain digne te fier de soi comme moi.
Je suis un sénégalais de retour qui a investi tout son patrimoine dans ce pays avec une nouvelle compagnie de distribution pour satisfaire le besoin suscité par le marchè sénégalais devenu de plus en plus exigeant de qualité face aux produits à la noix qui inondent notre quotidien.
Trump n’a jamais été cité dans le texte, alors en quoi il peut être référence.
