Par devoir et par reconnaissance…,Par Jacqueline Fatima Bocoum
I've always said that in life, you need to pause for recognition to quench your thirst for friendship. Life is made up of encounters, and some connect you with good people, people who command respect and inspire admiration. There are people who are more Senegalese than we are, and whose love for the country isn't just a figure of speech. They work, employ hundreds of people, and fight to attract investment. They have ultimately earned Senegalese citizenship because their passion for the country is truly remarkable.
Jean-Martin Jampy is one of them.
Based in Africa for over 20 years, Jean-Martin Jampy has held senior management positions within an international industrial group. A specialist in safety and security issues in Africa, combining his expertise in public affairs management, Jean-Martin Jampy also advises regional and international institutions and economic players. This CEO of the security group operating at Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD) through TSA is a graduate of the Saint-Cyr military academy who has retained from his career a sense of perspective and a strong sense of solidarity.
Visionary, rigorous, and profoundly generous, Jean-Martin Jampy has a strong sense of honor and keeping his word. Married to a beautiful Lebou woman, he chose to live and die on this earth.
One of his agents testifies:
“During my five years at TSA (Teranga Airport Security), I have witnessed the company’s unwavering commitment to its more than 700 agents, young Senegalese who perform remarkable work every day at the Diass airport. The transportation provided from Dakar, its suburbs, and several major cities, along with comprehensive health insurance, demonstrates a genuine desire to support the staff.”
The company is showing encouraging momentum through its 50% subsidized catering program, advance payments for Tabaski and Easter, and its internal training and promotion initiatives. This continued progress strengthens our motivation and our sense of belonging to an organization that works for the well-being of its employees.
Indeed, over the years, the Teranga Group, which he leads with a strong and committed team, has established itself as an undisputed leader in the security sector, in West Africa and far beyond. This success is based on a reputation built on operational excellence, rigor, and unanimously recognized customer satisfaction. The Teranga Group leverages its various specialized entities to develop and maintain unique expertise that meets the most demanding international standards. It values local expertise, innovative technologies, and close support, ensuring a perfectly secure environment for each of its partners.
On a daily basis, Teranga Airport Security (TSA) brings this vision to life by providing high-quality airport and ground security services. TSA guarantees aircraft inspection, screening, protection, and the security of airport facilities. This Senegalese group offers an exceptional learning environment for its teams and continuously promotes local talent.
A father of two, he is also, to his friends, a caring man who does a great deal in the community and funds specialized training for deserving young people. He has been a significant supporter of our training projects with JACADEMIE and Le Cadet, with complete discretion and unwavering commitment.
I wanted to reconcile our country with the intrinsic values of gratitude, when men who work for the glory of Senegal deserve to have all the good they embody and transmit without fanfare known and recognized.
