MAROC-SÉNÉGAL ; UN HOLD-UP AVORTÉ (Par Diène Farba Sarr)
I will remain silent on the subject of Emile Zola's pamphlet, which still haunts me, but I will cry out my revolt with the last of my strength. I will protest not to sway public opinion, but to no longer have sleep haunted by arbitrariness, lies, and favoritism. During this Africa Cup of Nations, the harsh light of truth finally revealed the monstrous acts of the Moroccans, acts that had been hidden until now in the abyss of their conscience. Throughout this celebration of African football, refereeing lapses revealed the level of aggression inherent in all the rules of football. How can one plan in advance, with such blissful optimism, a victory in such an unpredictable competition? Coach Regragui was already convinced that this football trophy, one of the most glorious and contested, would remain in Morocco. He had certainly already consulted the oracles of the gods, and each of their pronouncements foretold success, omens, and victory. What he didn't know was that football is governed by rational, rigorous, and logical thought. To win an Africa Cup of Nations, one must scrupulously respect working methods to guarantee high professional quality. This conquest of achievement and consecration must be achieved through the demand for transparency and total truth, not through maneuvers, intrigues, dishonest and opaque dealings carried out by hired servants, gossipmongers, and farcical and ruthless lobbyists. Such a prestigious trophy is not a simple reward but a supreme and public recognition of talent and merit. This event is not to be trifled with. In Morocco, injustice was rife. And underhanded tactics could quickly fester within a team and make its daily life unbearable. To understand our valiant coach Pape Thiaw, I will invoke Albert Camus through his seminal essay analyzing revolt as a rejection of injustice and an affirmation of human dignity. In "The Rebel," he analyzes revolt as a response to the absurd and to injustice. This essay constitutes a reflection on the necessity of revolt, which elicits both enthusiastic support and violent rejection. As a man said during his time in captivity, "Up to this point, yes! But beyond that, no!" to express the limits that must not be crossed and that compel us to say no to excess.
The Senegalese people are uninhibited. They are free from all inhibitions and self-consciousness. They are proud and resilient. And through their experience, their ability to bounce back, their keen perception, their dexterity, and their psychological approach to things, they have become a renowned and respected people on the planet. For the Senegalese, the time when the sword subjugated nations is over. The closing event of the Africa Cup of Nations final sparked a movement towards the city where the grand football celebration would take place. Thus, the immutable destiny of an epic encounter pitted two brothers, united by fate and history, against each other. The upheavals of a secret rivalry reverberated along the route to Rabat, which was tumultuous and hellish, with its cracks and frictions that had to be endured. Everything was planned to destabilize the Senegalese national team, lost in a fleeting, inexplicable moment of confusion. An entire book wouldn't suffice to recount all the troubles endured because of these shady characters. I'm going to smoke out the molehills to flush them out and shine a flood of light on their sooty faces so the world can identify them. I denounce Fouzi Lekjaa, the President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation and a member of the FIFA Council. Well, well! His appearance suggests he's a right-wing nationalist bourgeois, or at least that's what my intuition tells me. The broad hatred twisting his lips and his narrow love reveal his deep-seated aversion to Black Africa. I accuse FIFA President Gianni Infantino, an accomplice in this scandal. He's only concerned with financial matters. Thus, institutions like CAF and FIFA, once held up as examples worldwide, were dismantled and transformed into political pawns used by this malevolent duo to impose an abominable agenda on African football for international competitions. In the case of Senegal, a series of precise, coherent, and convergent events involving coordinated psychological sabotage formed a pattern almost exclusively directed against our country. The signals eventually became warnings, potential threats. We can no longer speak of coincidence but of targeting. For a long time, Senegal was in the crosshairs of the CAF, with its curious manifestations.
After this unusual final, the comments are flying, and what the world remembers is that the corrupt CAF didn't hesitate for a second to blame all the shortcomings and failures of the host country on Senegal, which had to pay the price. Morocco was completely absolved because it wasn't the target of the lurking conspirators. How can you punish a victim and protect a perpetrator? What a paradox! The real fight isn't against a country, but against the terrifying structural dysfunctions within the organization.
This nefarious duo showed little interest in the countless Moroccan scandals but clung like thieves to Article 82 of the disciplinary code. However, the Senegalese national team's triumphant return to the field nullified the effects of Article 82, as the penalty was taken and the match resumed until the referee's final whistle, with the approval of the arbitration committee. Pape Thiaw's defiance has tarnished an entire system and its conspirators.
On the field, referee Jean Jack Ndala, a tall, bald man with a broad smile and a gaunt, bouncy figure, followed the ball from a distance, oblivious to the action. The poor fellow resigned himself to the humiliating pressure of necessity and need, bending the rules of the competition in exchange for a small donation. Ultimately, long shadows unfortunately darkened the picture surrounding this major sporting event, which involved intense rivalry. Several reprehensible failings were noted, not to mention the lapses in discipline: the ticketing system collapse, the incompetence of the CAF and FIFA authorities, the controversial refereeing decisions, the suspicious illness of three Senegalese players in the locker room and on the field, and the unbelievable story of the towel thefts. The cup was overflowing. The trophy presentation took place amidst inexplicable and indescribable delays. It was handed over with unprecedented selfishness, an admission of indifference. Thus, they expressed their contempt through an inflation of forced smiles, conveying a sense of disbelief and mild mockery. They had just confirmed a major admission of a conspiracy against Senegal.

Wassalam
Wakh pour wakh avec les quotes a la con from camus zola voltaire and the rest of the gang.
« Aversion contre l’Afrique noire ». Une essentialization dangereuse. Une accusation gravissime sans preuves. C’est juridiquement et moralement indigne.
« Grand chauve au sourire élastique ». L’apparence physique n’a aucune valeur argumentative.
