On June 7th, the Senegalese capital will transform into a veritable laboratory of creativity with the third edition of the Dakar Creative Pop Up. Conceived as a cultural and entrepreneurial crossroads, this open-air event will showcase the vitality of "Made in Senegal" and the energy of African creative industries.

This edition will unfold in the public space in the form of an urban village, designed to encourage encounters and exchanges. Three hubs will structure the route: The Creative Market, a commercial showcase for local stylists and brands.

The Craft Lab, a transmission space where experienced artisans will share their know-how through practical workshops. At the center, a large stage will set the rhythm of the day with concerts, fashion shows, spoken word performances and visual projections, creating an immersive and festive atmosphere.

Beyond its artistic celebration, Creative Pop Up aims to be an incubator of opportunities. The organizers emphasize that the goal is to give young talents real visibility and connect them with investors capable of supporting their development. The event thus positions itself as an urban platform where contemporary creation, cultural commerce, and targeted mentorship intersect.

Building on the success of previous editions in Fann Hock and Sicap Liberté 3, which attracted over 1,500 visitors and some fifty artists, the festival is taking a new step forward. With a redesigned stage design and expanded collaborations, everything is being done to firmly establish Creative Pop Up as a fixture in Dakar's cultural landscape. A fourth edition has already been announced for December 2026, with the ambition of making Dakar a key capital of contemporary African creativity.
