Beijing : Le CEMGA Mbaye Cissé a participé au Forum Xiangshan sur la sécurité internationale
General Mbaye Cissé, Chief of the General Staff of the Senegalese Armed Forces (CEMGA), participated in the 12th Xiangshan Forum in Beijing, China, on international security. This international meeting brought together military delegations from more than 100 countries and international organizations around the theme of "safeguarding international order and promoting peaceful development," from September 17 to 19.
The forum also hosted a seminar for young military officers on the governance of emerging technologies that have a major socio-economic impact worldwide.
During his stay, the CEMGA held a meeting with the Chinese Minister of Defense, Admiral Don Jung, reports the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIRPA). General Cissé also took the opportunity to visit the staff of the Senegalese Embassy in Beijing.
