Burkina : Papa Diop, le nouvel ambassadeur du Sénégal, présente ses lettres de créance au président Ibrahim Traoré
The President of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, received the credentials of the new Senegalese ambassador to Burkina Faso, Papa Diop, on Friday. A seasoned diplomat, Diop joined the Senegalese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2000 after a career in public administration.
This accreditation is part of the continuity of historical relations between Burkina Faso and Senegal, two states linked since the time of French West Africa (AOF) and which maintain multifaceted cooperation.
