New York : Cheikh Niang et son homologue rwandais œuvrent au renforcement des liens bilatéraux
On the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the Senegalese Minister of African Integration, Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad, His Excellency Mr. Cheikh Niang, received in audience, this September 24, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries. The two ministers also discussed preparations for President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye's upcoming working visit to Kigali.
The two parties reaffirmed their shared commitment to consolidating and diversifying the excellent relations between Senegal and Rwanda, in a dynamic of strengthened cooperation on the political, economic and diplomatic levels.

Bonne utile rencontre. Cheikh, dîtes à votre collègue des sports du Sénégal d'aller voir comment les Rwandais sont en train d'organiser les championnats mondiaux de Course Vélo présentement. Rien à envier à la France ou l'Espagne. Bientôt Chez nous les JO 2026. On ne sent rien bouger ici et surtout en l'absence d'engouement populaire. On ne sent pas Diagna N'diaye et...ses soldats ou troupes sur le pied de guerre.
