USA : Diomaye Faye échange avec un émissaire de Ouattara

Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye has been in New York since Sunday, September 21. He is scheduled to attend the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in the American city. While waiting for the meeting to begin, he is receiving a number of dignitaries.

According to the Ivorian public service newspaper "Fraternité Matin," the Senegalese leader met with an emissary of Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara, Mr. Patrick Achi, Minister of State and Special Advisor to ADO.

Bearer of a personal message from the Ivorian president

The man was carrying a personal message from the Ivorian president to his Senegalese counterpart. Nothing has been revealed about the content of this message. We only know that the discussions between Patrick Achi and Diomaye Faye focused on strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, friendship, and cooperation that unite Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.

Ouattara's emissary was accompanied by Fidèle Sarassoro, minister and chief of staff of the Ivorian president, and Foreign Minister Léon Kacou Adom.
