Communication : Ce que le ministère compte faire de son budget 2026 de 81 milliards
At the National Assembly, the Finance Committee, the Culture and Communication Committee, and the Economic Affairs Committee examined the draft budget for the Ministry of Communication yesterday, Friday. It is set at 81 billion CFA francs.
According to Minister Alioune Sall, this draft budget will focus on implementing Vision 2050, supported by the National Transformation Agenda and the Technological New Deal, "which aim to build a sovereign, just and prosperous Senegal".
For 2026, the budget will be dedicated to developing four major areas, the minister told members of parliament. The first area, concerning the modernization of the communications sector, will mobilize 13.6 billion CFA francs. The second area is dedicated to strengthening digital sovereignty with 33.8 billion CFA francs.
The third priority area focuses on the development of the digital economy and innovation, and will receive 20.5 billion CFA francs. The revitalization of the postal sector, the final priority area, will receive 12.6 billion CFA francs.
According to the Minister, this budget constitutes a lever of sovereignty, competitiveness and inclusion, serving an innovative digital economy and a modern, transparent and connected administration.

En tout cas, il a mis des critères IMPOSSIBLES à satisfaire par une entreprise pour pouvoir bénéficier de l'aide à la presse.
