Priorité nationale : Le budget 2026 du Ministère de l’Industrie investit massivement pour l’industrialisation et la création de valeur
The draft 2026 budget of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is being examined this Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in plenary session. With a total amount of 355.9 billion FCFA in commitment authorizations (CA) and 150.1 billion FCFA in payment appropriations (PA), this budget is part of the implementation of the National Development Strategy (NDS 2025-2029) and the National Transformation Agenda "Senegal 2050".
The budget allocation reveals a clear government commitment to accelerating the structural transformation of the Senegalese economy. The 2049 program, dedicated to developing competitive industrial clusters and sectors, alone accounts for over 88% of the commitment authorizations, totaling 314.4 billion CFA francs. These resources will primarily be used to finance massive investments in the creation of industrial zones, the modernization of local processing sectors (peanuts, cotton, fruit, fish products, etc.), and the strengthening of logistics infrastructure, long considered a major obstacle.
For Minister Serigne Guèye Diop, "Senegal can no longer be content with exporting only raw materials. The time has come for local processing, for creating value and decent jobs for young people."
Combating the high cost of living and modernizing trade
The 2041 program, dedicated to accessibility, combating the high cost of living, and modernizing trade, has a budget of 33.4 billion FCFA in commitment appropriations (CA) and 33.1 billion FCFA in payment appropriations (PA). This program aims to improve the availability of essential goods, strengthen price controls in the market, and support the modernization of distribution channels, particularly through digitalization and improved organization of domestic trade. The program also includes the rehabilitation and development of modern markets, as well as support for small-scale traders, who are often weakened by inflation and supply chain disruptions.
Support for SMEs and External Competitiveness
Support for the national entrepreneurial fabric is also a priority. Program 2043, dedicated to supporting and financing SMEs, has been allocated 3.29 billion FCFA, primarily in the form of transfers and support mechanisms. Program 2042, focused on trade defense and external competitiveness, has been allocated 2.29 billion FCFA in commitment appropriations. It aims to strengthen the protection of the national economy against unfair international practices, as well as to improve the presence of Senegalese companies in foreign markets. Finally, Program 1577, dedicated to the ministry's management, coordination, and administrative oversight, receives 2.44 billion FCFA to ensure the smooth operation of services and the effective implementation of reforms.
During his presentation to the members of parliament, Dr. Serigne Guèye Diop did not shy away from the structural weaknesses of the Senegalese economy. He noted that it remains overly reliant on the service sector (nearly 60% of GDP), with insufficient local processing of raw materials and significant deficiencies in industrial and logistical infrastructure. It is in this context that the Ministry plans to organize the National Conference on Industry, Trade, and SMEs, as well as develop a White Paper and a new Sectoral Development Policy Letter, aimed at redefining priorities and building a coherent and inclusive industrial strategy.

Bilahi PR Diomaye et PM Ousmane Sonko, le ministre Serigue Gueye Diop vous trompent. Il avait déclaré avoir du khalife générales mourides 400 ha alors que c est pas vrai. Le khalife ne l'a jamais donné et ne l'a pas.
Il a créait des société pour lui sa femme et ses enfants pour les donner les marchés du ministère.
Ensuite il a nommé des commentaires aux enquêtes économiques a la tête des filières industrielles bloquant la promotion interne au niveau du ministère de l'industrie.
Choisissait les compétences internes dans l'industrie qu'il bloqué car il les connait depuis qu'il est ministre/conseiller de Macky Sall..
En tout cas Diomaye ne soit plus le laisser nommér des DG a la place ses pastefiens. L'exemple criyard de l'ex DG de l'aprosi Amadou Gueye qu'il les avait vendu alors que c'était un viseur et un jouisseur doit servir d'exemple a Sonko et Diomaye.
Ensuite il est de la coalition Diomaye Président de Mimi Touré.. Enfin il est trop vieux pour booster l'industrie

Merci Monsieur le Ministre pour cette vision éclairée et patriotique. Vous avez touché du doigt le vrai problème de nos pays et identifié la seule vraie solution.
En effet, la colonisation a essentiellement conçu nos pays comme des débouchés, des marchés pour l'écoulement des produits fabriqués par la métropole et pourvoyeurs de matières premières et de main-d’œuvre. Elle a veillé à ce que nous ne soyons pas nous-mêmes producteurs de ce que nous consommons en concentrant l'outil de production, c'est-à-dire les usines, les machines, le savoir- faire, etc. dans la métropole coloniale. Au lieu de transformer sur place ces matieres premières, les colonisateurs les transportaient dans leurs lointains pays d' où ils nous revenaient en tant que produits finis et revendus à des prix prohibitifs. Ce système est toujours en vigueur et tant que nous ne sortirons pas de ce cercle vicieux, aucun développement ne sera possible.
Seules des usines, des startups et des exploitations agricoles modernes partout dans le pays permettront de créer des richesses et d'absorber la main-d’œuvre croissante de jeunes qui se présente sur le marché du travail chaque année en raison de de la forte croissance démographique de notre pays et de l'Afrique: UNE FFORTE CROISSANCE DÉMOGRAPHIQUE QUI EST UNE BÉNÉDICTION ET NON UNE ''LIABILITY'' comme on s'efforce de nous le faire croire. Un enfant, c'est certes une bouche à nourrir, une bouche pour consommer, mais justement, ce dont toute économie a besoin, ce sont des consommateurs sans lesquels il n'y a pas de débouchés pour les entreprises et donc pas de nouvelles entreprises et pas d'emplois. Un enfant, c'est aussi un cerveau pour penser et deux bras pour travailler.
C'EST POURQUOI NOUS AVONS BESOIN D'UNE JEUNESSE NOMBREUSE ET ÉDUQUÉE POUR DÉVELOPPER LA SCIENCE ET LA TECHNOLOGIE, CRÉER DES ENTREPRISES, DE GIGANTESQUES EXPLOITATIONS AGRICOLES ET INNOVER DANS TOUS LES DOMAINES CAR SEULE LA JEUNESSE EST CAPABLE D'INNOVATIONS.
IL N'Y A PAS D'AVENIR POUR L'AFRIQUE SANS UNE FORTE CROISSANCE DÉMOGRAPHIQUE ET TOUS VOS EFFORTS SERONT VAINS SI VOUS N’INTÉGREZ PAS CETTE ÉVIDENCE DANS VOS ANALYSES.
Sur le plan militaire, une population nombreuse, jeune et éduquée, est aussi un gage de sécurité contre tous les prédateurs internationaux dont le seul objectif est de profiter de notre faiblesse démographique pour nous subjuguer en vue d'extorquer nos richesses comme cela est le cas depuis des siècles.
LA DEUXIÈME CONDITION SINE QUA NON POUR UNE ÉCONOMIE PROSPÈRE EST LA SORTIE DU FRANC CFA. SANS SORTIE DU FRANC CFA IL N'Y A PAS DE DÉVELOPPEMENT POSSIBLE POUR NOUS, CAR NOUS NE CRÉERONS DE RICHESSES QUE POUR ENRICHIR LA FRANCE, LE FRANCE CFA ÉTANT UN MÉCANISME DE SPOLIATION PAR LEQUEL LA FRANCE CANALISE LES RICHESSES CRÉÉES DANS NOS PAYS DANS LES COFFRES-FORTS DE LA BANQUE DE FRANCE.
N'écoutez pas les quelques ''intellectuels'' et ''économistes'' écervelés qui veulent nous faire croire le contraire. Ils ont appris leurs leçons par cœur pour avoir leurs diplômes et ne savent que répéter ce que disent leurs maitres hypocrites, mais ils n'ont jamais rien compris à la discipline qu'ils enseignent. Ils ne comprennent pas réellement à quoi renvoient les concepts qu'ils galvaudent et sont incapables d'utiliser leurs ''connaissances'' comme outils d'analyse de la réalité.
