Plan de redressement : Le Dr Babo Ba cite les réformes prioritaires
A guest on Seneweb's "Grand Entretien" program, Dr. Babo Ba emphasized the need for deep reforms to ensure the success of the Economic and Social Recovery Plan (PRES) presented by Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko.
Among the priorities: reform of the General Tax Code and the Investment Code, essential for adapting taxation to new economic challenges. He calls for functional finance, focused on efficiency and performance, rather than a simple tax logic.
The Director General of 3FPT welcomed the government's ambition to mobilize 5,667 billion CFA francs, but stressed that this requires a rationalization of expenditure and the mobilization of endogenous financing.
It also recommends an amendment to the Public Procurement Code to improve transparency and accelerate the implementation of public projects.
Finally, he announced the imminent arrival of laws on good governance, particularly around the OFNAC, to regulate public action more rigorously.

Déjà les gens sont fatigués. Si vous appliquez ce plan ça va être pire. Seuls le président, le premier ministre, les ministres, DG, députés,les responsables politiques et leurs proches du pasteef qui jouissent de l'argent du contribuable sénegalais et des privilèges ne ressentent pas la crise économique qui frappe notre pays.
