Un nouvel emprunt obligataire de 300 milliards pour dynamiser le marché financier
Starting September 18, 2025, Senegal is launching an ambitious bond market offering. The 300 billion CFA franc bond will be issued in four tranches with varying maturities and yields, as part of the 2025 financing plan.
Orchestrated by Impaxis Securities, this issue aims to diversify the state's financing instruments while strengthening the liquidity of the local bond market. The varied tranches will allow investors to choose profiles adapted to their risk appetite and investment horizons, thus promoting broader and more balanced participation.
Beyond simply raising funds, this operation is part of a comprehensive strategy to consolidate public resources. It illustrates the authorities' desire to strengthen the State's financial autonomy, while maintaining debt sustainability and providing a more structured framework for financial stakeholders.

Thiey Sonko, il mérite vraiment des félicitations !!!! Hérité d'un pays en émergence avec bcp de projets et réalisation, en moins de 2 ans tout détruire et chamboulé au point d'emprunter chaque 3 mois des milliards pour payer les salaires, 0 investissement, bourse familiale arrêté,... Même en période Covid-19, et début guerre Ukraine le Sénégal se portait mieux... Je pense que on a offensé un saint pour mériter telle punition... Qu'Allah nous pardonne et nous fasse miséricorde
