Kolda : Grosse inquiétude autour du manque de professeurs dans les matières scientifiques
Mathematics, life and earth sciences, physics-chemistry, and technology. These are the scientific subjects in which there is a glaring shortage of teachers in Kolda. The shortage of teachers in these different disciplines is worrying regional authorities. The issue was debated during the regional development committee (CRD) meeting preparing for the 2025-2026 school year.
The deputy governor expressed concern about the shortage of science teachers in schools in the Fouladou region. This is particularly true in middle schools, where teachers are allowed to teach two science subjects throughout the school year.
The school inspector and the deputy governor are blowing the same trumpet to invite the supervisory authority to fill this gap, during the next assignments of FASTEF graduates and through regional movements.
In the meantime, concern hangs over the heads of authorities, parents and especially students determined to succeed in these scientific subjects.
It should be noted that each year, the Kolda Academy loses many teachers assigned elsewhere by the national movement. This year, 570 teachers from all branches left the region.

Bof , le sénégalais est allergique aux sciences , surtout les mathématiques
On a interet a former des scientists. La plupart de tous ces litteraires qu’on forme sont inutiles.
