Nganda : K.C. condamné à deux ans de prison, dont six mois ferme, pour recel et vol de chèvre

Charged with theft and illegal slaughter of a goat, KC, a 50-year-old who works in the meat market in Nganda, told the Kaffrine High Court that he had bought the goat. Unable to transport it on his motorcycle, he tied it up.

In rendering its decision, the court found the defendant guilty of receiving stolen goods and illegal slaughter and sentenced him to two years imprisonment, including six months of mandatory imprisonment.
