Sexe, vol et ... : l'émigré, sa nièce et la prostituée
In Saly Portudal, an "extraordinary trial" opened before the Mbour High Court. L'Observateur, which attended the hearing, reports the details of a particularly complex morals case involving I. Sané (52), an emigrant returning from France, his niece and lover YF Sané (28), a restaurant owner in Dakar, and F. Sow (24), a prostitute residing in Keur Massar. All three are being prosecuted for "unnatural acts" and "collecting pornographic material."
A night of passion ruined by a robbery
Last April, the same source recounts, the niece suggested a threesome to her uncle and lover to spice up their relationship. She brought F. Sow from Dakar for this purpose. "Armed with a range of sex toys," the two women met up with the emigrant. During the night, the man took on the role of amateur filmmaker and filmed their entire encounter. The situation took a dramatic turn the next day when the uncle, after giving the prostitute 70,000 CFA francs, discovered that his niece had taken his cell phone and "fraudulently obtained 50,000 CFA francs" from him. Furious, he called her a "gold digger," broke off the relationship immediately, and announced his intention to abandon the "marriage plans they had made." Despite the prostitute's nighttime attempt at reconciliation, the emigrant remained unmoved.
A false rape complaint that backfires on them
To get revenge and try to force him to reverse his decision, the niece and her partner changed tactics and filed a rape complaint at the Saly Portudal police station. Summoned, I. Sané categorically denied the accusations. To prove his innocence, he provided investigators with videos of the night in question. The footage unequivocally showed the two women consenting, smiling, and aware they were being filmed. All three were immediately remanded in custody.
The reaction of the judge and the prosecutor after viewing the videos
In court, the two women maintained that they had been coerced and filmed without their knowledge. This version was firmly contested by the immigrant, who denounced a "plot orchestrated by the two" girls, and refuted by the presiding judge herself after viewing the electronic files, reminding the plaintiffs that "the analysis of the images unequivocally proved that they knew they were being filmed."
Believing their guilt to be established, the public prosecutor condemned their behavior and requested a harsh sentence of ten years' imprisonment for each of the three defendants. The verdict in this case, which drew a "large crowd from all over the Petite-Côte," has been set for May 19, reports the newspaper of the Groupe Futurs Médias.
