Thiès : Les circonstances sur la mort violente de Sakhir sont connues
We know a little more about the death of the young merchant Sakhir. This apron seller at the Petersen Market in Thiès was stabbed by a man named Ndiol. Witnesses say the suspect had put on the shoes of a man named Bamba. And when the latter took off his sandals, Ndiol began to insult him. This didn't please Sakhir, who asked Ndiol to stop his insults.
It was then that Ndiol pushed Sakhir before stabbing him in the stomach and neck with a knife. The clothing merchant collapsed to the ground and began to bleed to death.
In an attempt to save him, his comrades, who were impatiently awaiting the arrival of the firefighters, evacuated the victim to the hospital in a taxi. But Sakhir succumbed to his injuries before medical intervention could be carried out. His body was taken to the morgue at the Thiès Regional Hospital for an autopsy.
Upon being informed, the Thiès central police station deployed its officers to the scene of the murder. After the usual investigation, an investigation was opened to catch the fugitive murderer.
According to the testimony of traders, the suspect regularly frequented the market and was not in full possession of his mental faculties.
