Thiès : deux frères jugés pour conduite sans permis ayant entraîné un accident
ML Diallo, an electrician, and his older brother T. Diallo, a freight forwarder, appeared this Friday before the Thiès court of flagrant offenses for driving without a license which resulted in a bodily injury accident.
According to the established facts, freight forwarder T. Diallo gave the keys to his vehicle to his younger brother, ML Diallo, who does not have a driver's license, so that he could transport their sisters to a family baptism. En route, ML Diallo lost control of the vehicle and caused an accident. The impact seriously injured a young girl, who suffered a broken leg.
The two brothers were apprehended following the accident and subsequently detained. In court, they admitted to the charges against them.
The public prosecutor considered the facts to be consistent and sufficiently established. He requested a one-month prison sentence for ML Diallo, the driver of the vehicle, and a three-month suspended sentence for T. Diallo for entrusting his vehicle to someone without a driver's license.
The court will render its decision after deliberations.

peut être même qu'au bout du proces, l'accusé repart libre et a jeune fille seule face à ses douloureuses séquelles.
et une autre chose : il est temps qu'on dise c'est exactement quoi un transitaire ? c'est mot valise que n'importe qui semble vouloir utiliser pour se donner importance. si celà englobe plusieurs métiers, il est temps qu'on nous dise qui fait quoi.
