CDC Habitat has officially announced the "official resumption of sales for plots in the Yoff former airport housing development project." This step is accompanied by the "imminent restart of infrastructure work on the site," thus marking a concrete relaunch of this large-scale real estate program.
As part of the project's phased implementation, the first stage is now fully serviced. Purchasers of this initial phase will soon be able to take possession of their plots, as these "will be delivered shortly, subject to the completion of ongoing administrative formalities." To ensure the success of this transition, the CDC (Community Development Corporation) has addressed identified obstacles and finalized the cadastral plans. Particular attention has also been paid to "strengthening public infrastructure by integrating a wastewater treatment plant" to ensure a sustainable living environment.
Alongside these technical advancements, a new commercial phase has just been launched, offering new sales opportunities. CDC Habitat invites interested parties to contact its relevant departments exclusively, specifying that they are "the only ones authorized to provide official information regarding sales conditions, acquisition procedures, and the projected timeline."
Through this announcement, the institution reaffirms its commitment to "securing access to developed land, strengthening transparency in marketing and contributing sustainably to structured urban development".
