Réduction du déficit de logements en Côte d’Ivoire : Le Groupe Sablux s’engage aux côtés de l’Etat Ivoirien pour la réalisation de 10 000 logements à Abidjan
The Sablux Group , a leading pan-African player in the real estate sector, through its subsidiary Sablux Côte D'Ivoire, signed a major agreement this Wednesday, October 1, 2025, with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning of Côte d'Ivoire aimed at the construction of 10,000 social and economic housing units in Abidjan for the well-being of the population.
Chaired by Mr. Bruno Nabagné Koné, Minister of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning, the signing ceremony confirmed the joint commitment of the Ivorian State and the Sablux Group, represented by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. A. Lamine Ndiaye, as well as by its Managing Director, Mr. Souleymane Diallo, in the implementation of the Emergency Program of 25,000 social and economic housing units.
This major agreement provides for the construction of 10,000 modern housing units in Abidjan , spread across buildings ranging from 8 to 14 storeys. Designed to meet the strong demand for social housing, these residential complexes will incorporate solutions adapted to the needs of low-income households, particularly through rental-purchase schemes , thus promoting gradual and sustainable access to property ownership.
On this occasion, Mr. Bruno Nabagné Koné declared:
"We are pleased to welcome proven African developers with solid technical and financial capabilities. We know that in Sablux we have a strong partner, capable of providing lasting support to the national housing policy."
For his part, Mr. Souleymane Diallo, Managing Director of Sablux Holding, stated:
"We thank the Ivorian authorities for the trust they have placed in our Group. Sablux is fully committed to supporting the government in its housing policy by providing populations with high-quality, accessible, and sustainable solutions. This project illustrates our commitment to building an inclusive and prosperous future for Ivorian families."
With more than 94 real estate programs launched, including 56 already delivered, and a consolidated presence in Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast and more recently in Burkina Faso, Sablux Holding confirms its vocation to be a key player in urban development on the continent.
To ensure the solidity and sustainability of this project, the partnership relies on the support of the Sunu Group , a major insurance player in Africa and shareholder of the Sablux Côte d'Ivoire subsidiary responsible for its implementation on behalf of the group. This collaboration strengthens the financial security of the project and offers investors and buyers greater confidence.
The Sablux Group thus reaffirms its mission: to offer African populations inclusive, accessible and sustainable housing solutions, while contributing to the economic and social dynamics of the countries where it operates.

Alors qu'au Sénégal terre de naissance de Sablux, un tel projet n'a pas encore été fait. Ici, Ministres de l'habitat, hier Monsieur Show Sow " éléphants blancs" de 100 000 logements de nada fait, Aujourd'hui le nouveau Ministre Pastefien fait bcp de séminaires et de tournées mais aucun Oasis de début de constructions d'habitats sociales débutées, y compte HLM et Sicap hier début d'indépendance flamboyants, aujourd'hui dans le coma. Omission : bientôt les JO 2026, rien n'est encore sorti de terre, Diagna et ses copains disparus....

La preuve, le leader de l’immobilier au Sénégal ignoré par les autorités du Sénégal qui prônent pourtant la souveraineté économique… Asthagfiroulah.. il ne me semble pas avoir vu l’état du Sénégal signer une convention de logement avec Sablux
