Saint-Louis : Réception du bâtiment de l’inspection régionale du travail, un modèle appelé à être dupliqué (Autorités)
The Saint-Louis Regional Labor and Social Security Inspectorate (IRTSS) now has a new, modern headquarters, which was provisionally received on Wednesday by Baye Niass, Director General of the Public Buildings and Construction Agency (ACBEP).
On this occasion, Tamsir Guèye, Director of General Administration and Equipment (DAGE) at the Ministry of Civil Service, Labor and Public Service Reform, announced that the architectural model adopted in Saint-Louis will be duplicated in other regions of the country.
"We found that the initial model had become too small for our inspections, which are constantly expanding. That's why we've begun an expansion phase and want to duplicate the Saint-Louis model," he explained.
Built by ACBEP, the new building is part of the government's drive to modernize its services. Its director general, Baye Niass, emphasized the importance of efficient resource management and infrastructure tailored to the missions of public services.
For his part, the regional inspector of labor and social security of Saint-Louis, Adama Diouf, returned to the precarious conditions in which the IRTSS previously carried out its missions, in a former dilapidated and cramped premises located in the north of the island. "This old building no longer met the security standards or the requirements of confidentiality and dignity essential to an administration responsible for ensuring that rights and obligations in the world of work are respected," he stressed.
He also invited the agents to make this new infrastructure "a real tool in the service of economic and social development", by cultivating exemplarity, efficiency and availability.
Tamsir Guèye also announced the upcoming reception of the IRTSS headquarters in Sédhiou on Friday, before expressing the wish to see similar infrastructures built in Dakar and Rufisque in the near future.
The ceremony brought together several personalities, including Ousmane Kébé, Chairman of the ACBEP Supervisory Board, highlighting the importance given to this new infrastructure in the national plan to modernize public services.

Décidément c'est comme si l'ACBEP n'a pas d'archives. En effet, ce modèle est le même que celui construit et fonctionnel depuis 2022 à Kaolack. Mais on comprend, Saint Louis est une ville civilisée et ouverte vers le monde bien avant la ville de Mbossé où vivent de simples Ndiaye Ale ou dolli ndar.

Ignorant tu ne sais même pas que le model est valide par le maître d'ouvrage bénéficiaire et s'il décide de multiplier le model c'est sa décision et pas celle de l"ACBEP mais comme critiquer c'est facile continuez à critiquer comme des ignares le chien aboie la caravane passe
