Kanel : Une fillette de 5 ans enlevée dans son sommeil puis violée
Last Thursday, the Kanel territorial brigade brought a Jakarta motorcycle driver before the Matam High Court, accused of kidnapping and raping a 5-year-old girl. I. Sall, 24, was remanded in custody, despite his denials. The incident took place on the night of September 12-13, around 2 a.m.
Because of the heat, little ABD, 5, was sleeping with her mother, Mr. Bocoum, in the courtyard of the family home. It was under these circumstances that I. Sall abducted the girl without her sleeping mother's knowledge. The victim's older sister, who witnessed the scene, tried to intervene, but was threatened with death by the suspect. And to reassure the girl, I. Sall allegedly made her believe he was taking her to the training center where her mother works as a cleaning technician. He then led the girl behind a shop where he committed his attack.
But the victim's older sister immediately informed her mother of ABD's abduction. Mrs. Bocoum immediately alerted the neighborhood and contacted the commander of the Kanel territorial brigade. A gendarme patrol was quickly deployed to the area to search for the missing child.
The suspect's escape and the victim's discovery
Having noticed the presence of the gendarmerie vehicle in the vicinity, I. Sall abandoned the girl before fleeing. The child was eventually found and rescued by law enforcement. When questioned, the girl formally identified her alleged attacker, I. Sall, who frequented their family home.
The girl's medical examination revealed physical traces of the assault. The medical certificate noted an anal fissure, confirming the abuse the girl suffered.
Arrested, I. Sall denied the charges against him, despite the formal identification by his victim and medical evidence.
Given the seriousness of the facts and the evidence against him, I. Sall was brought before the Matam High Court last Thursday for kidnapping and rape.

- Viol commis à 2h du mat et le violeur dit qu'il emmène la victime au travail de sa mère (au milieu de la nuit ????)
- Viol commis dans la nuit du 12 au 13 septembre, le violeur est surpris et ce n'est que deux semaines plus tard qu'il est traduit en justice.
- La fille dormait aux côtés de sa mère et le violeur a pris la fille sans que sa mère ne s'en rende compte.
- La grande soeur s'interpose, il la menace mais elle ne dit rien, ne crie pas pour alerter sa mère.
Bref, trop d'incohérences et d'approximations dans ce récit qui est tout sauf journalistique...
Je crois que la grande doit être elle même encore petite. L'article mal rédigé ne donne pas cette information.
Bcp de viol dans les familles qui ne sont pas révélées….
Voilà des gens qui sont un gaspillage d’espace.
Ils n’ont droit à rien parmis les humains.

Pour ce genre de crime, il faut rétablir la peine de mort et basta !
