L’humoriste marocain Amine Radi taquine les Sénégalais présents à son spectacle
The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final in Morocco left no one indifferent. Many still remember Brahim Diaz's missed Panenka penalty and Pape Thiaw, the Senegalese coach who asked his players to leave the pitch in protest against refereeing decisions. During a recent show, Moroccan comedian Amine Radi mocked the Senegalese fans in the audience.
"But are you going to stay until the end of the show or are you just going to leave before?"
In an excerpt from the show shared on social media, he can be heard directly addressing the audience, asking: "Are there any Senegalese people among us?" The question is barely asked when a cheer erupts from the audience, confirming the presence of Senegalese people.
Amine Radi continues: "But otherwise, are you going to stay until the end of the show or are you just going to leave before?"
This joke provoked laughter in the room. The comedian was alluding to the Senegalese players' walkout during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final. It is unclear whether Amine Radi intended to stir up controversy.
