Four siblings from the Cascio family have decided to sue Michael Jackson for child sex trafficking, claiming that the musician, who died in 2009, abused them when they were minors.
A new legal twist in the Michael Jackson case, 17 years after his death. According to documents reviewed by People magazine, Edward, Dominic, Marie-Nicole, and Aldo Cascio have claimed that the former pop star managed to manipulate and indoctrinate them using his vast fortune.
Indeed, according to what can be read in the complaint, Michael Jackson initially showered the Cascio clan with gifts - whom he met through the father, an employee of a luxury hotel - before isolating the children from the family, drugging them to abuse them.
"Michael Jackson was a serial sexual predator who, for more than a decade, drugged, raped, and sexually assaulted each of the plaintiffs, some when they were only seven or eight years old," the 23-page complaint reads.
"I REMEMBER HE CAME UP TO ME AND LOWERED MY SHORTS"
"The complaint alleges that the abuse took place over long periods of time in several locations around the world, including during visits where Jackson and his children stayed at the siblings' family home," the complaint states.
“I had simply been sitting on the bed with him during the day, playing my Game Boy. I remember him coming up to me and pulling down my shorts. Since middle school, this has plunged me into hell and made me discover my demons. I realized that I might want to end my life one day,” said Aldo, 35, in the Daily Mail.
“He explained that it was perfectly normal for men and women to be naked. He asked me to take off my clothes. So, I did what he told me,” added Marie-Nicole, his sister. Marty Singer, the lawyer for Michael Jackson’s descendants, responded to these accusations, stating that the lawsuit was a “desperate attempt to seize money” from the descendants of the King of Pop.
