Etats-Unis : « Attrapez-les tous… » La franchise Pokémon se désolidarise de la vidéo antimigrants du gouvernement
The Pokémon franchise has disassociated itself from a US government video that used its "Gotta Catch 'Em All..." slogan for a campaign to deport illegal immigrants.
"We have never approved the use of our intellectual property." The Pokémon franchise disassociated itself Friday from the recent US government video linking the Japanese brand's "Gotta Catch 'em All..." slogan to its campaign to deport illegal immigrants.
The video, posted earlier this week on the US Department of Homeland Security's TikTok account, shows armed police and customs officers handcuffing people they claim are illegal immigrants, with the famous Pokémon theme song playing in the background.

The one-minute clip is interspersed with footage of the main character Satoshi, known as Ash in North America, throwing Pokéballs, a tool used in the anime series to catch and store wild monsters, Pokémon.
